PROCESSING OF ORDERS

quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse an order if Global Collect does not receive approval from the client's bank. Once an order of available products has been issued, changes to this order can not be made. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. quadrashop.it reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order can not be sent for reasons beyond the control of quadrashop.it. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping. quadrashop.it reserves the right to refuse to process an order and / or service at any time.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-order means the orders of those items visible online that are not yet available in our stores and whose delivery date is expected in the following months.

The expected delivery date is indicated and confirmed by the same suppliers of quadrashop.it.

quadrashop.it is not responsible for delays, cancellations or changes of products in pre-order or for any changes during production.

Orders with pre-order items, made by credit card, are billed the day after the order is received, or the first available working day.

For orders of pre-order products made by bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 working hours of receiving the order. The invoice is issued the day on which the amount is visible on our current account

The country of the shipping address entered for pre-orders can not be changed later.

STATUS OF THE ORDER

By accessing the reserved area in the Orders section and clicking on each order, you can view the assigned waybill number. Please enter this number directly on the BRT website to monitor the progress of the order.

PROMO CODES

Customers who have received a PROMO CODE through newsletters, through social networks or on compliant promotional websites can enter the code during the purchase order or in the checkout. Each code has a start and end validity date that limits its use and can not be extended.

Shipping and delivery

SHIPPING METHOD

quadrashop.it sends all over the world via BRT EXPRESS. In accordance with the international trade laws in force, the goods shipped are accompanied by an official invoice stating the total value of the goods purchased in the same currency as the original purchase. In addition, the value of each individual item purchased is indicated on the invoice.

1. Goods Available

The orders of merchandise available, upon confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, are sent the business day following the receipt of the order.

The amount of credit card transactions is debited when the order is processed.

In the case of orders made by bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier when the payment is confirmed and deposited on the current account of quadrashop.it.

Customers are informed that delays in shipping may occur during promotions and sales.

2.Merce In Pre-Order

Orders are shipped with pre-order items at the time the goods are available in stock.

Orders with pre-order items, made by credit card, are billed the day after the order is received, or the first available working day, although the shipment of the same is processed later.

For orders of pre-order products made by bank transfer, payment must be issued within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The availability date indicated on-line reflects the delivery window indicated by the suppliers.

In the case of non-delivery of an item purchased in pre-order, the customer will be promptly informed and reimbursed.

For orders with goods both available and pre-order goods, the customer will receive the order in two steps:

- the goods available will be shipped within two weeks of receiving the order.

- pre-order goods will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock.

Please note that it is illegal on the invoice to declare values ​​lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or declare goods as DONI, therefore requests from customers related to these activities will not be accepted.

DELIVERY TIMES

quadrashop.it processes orders in Milan, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

quadrashop.it sends all over the world via BRT EXPRESS. quadrashop.it can not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances unrelated to the control of quadrashop.it.

Delivery for shipments destined in Italy is expected within 1-2 working days.

Delivery for shipments destined to the European Union is expected within 3-5 working days.

Delivery for shipments to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that in the event that, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return of BRT to the sender quadrashop.it are deducted / withheld refund due.

We inform our customers that any customs duties and import taxes will be charged to the customer. The relative amount is to be paid to the courier according to the procedures indicated by the courier itself.

TRANSPORT TRANSPORT

When the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification from BRT which provides the waybill number (AWB) for the order.

To monitor the progress status of the shipment, customers can visit the website http://www.brt.it and enter the number of AWB indicated in the e-mail in the area "Track the your Shipments ".

SHIPPING INSURANCE

The shipments of quadrashop.it are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the customer. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by insurance.

DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

At the time of delivery of the goods, customers are asked to inspect the package carefully before signing confirming receipt of the goods. The packages of quadrashop.it are carefully sealed with an adhesive tape quadrashop.it.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a seal of guarantee or control by the institution.

If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the package. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the local BRT office and promptly contact quadrashop.it at the e-mail address customerservice@quadragroup.it .

In the case of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reservation, delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently no claims will be accepted.

NO DELIVERY

All customers, placing an order, establish a business relationship with quadrashop.it and agree to accept delivery of the package related to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to its non-cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender quadrashop.it in Italy charged to the customer ,. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs charges .; q These charges will be deducted from the refund due.

PURCHASING THE FRAGRANCE

Perfumes fall into the category of "dangerous goods" and, as such, are subject to IATA regulations for air transport. For these reasons, perfumes are sent with special packaging and markings; and can not exceed 150 ml.

In case of order with other items, the perfumes are shipped separately from the package with official packaging of quadrashop.it. Moreover, it is not possible to send perfumes with the gift box of quadrashop.it; in this case the cost of the quadrashop.it gift box will NOT be reimbursed.

Under the IATA regulations, it is not permitted to ship such dangerous goods worldwide.
